Payroll Schedule
You will receive salary check twice a month on every 15th and last day of the month. For example, you will receive payroll check on Nov 15th for work hours in 16th through 31st of Oct and you will receive payroll check on Nov 30th for the hours worked from 1st of Nov thru 15th of Nov. Payroll checks will be directly deposited in your bank account on payroll day. If the Payroll day falls on holiday or weekends, it will then be deposited the prior business day.

SALARY REVIEW
Your annual salary will be reviewed on the anniversary day of joining iBusiness Solution, LLC Systems. At time of your review, your increase will be based on performance, project and skill acquired during your employment with us. We reward generously to exceptional performance. 

MEDICAL, DENTAL and Vision INSURANCE and Group Life Insurance
We provide the medical and dental insurance to FULL TIME SALARIED employees. You become eligible to receive medical and dental insurance on first day of the joining. Company pays 50 % and employee pays 50%
Deductibles and out of packet expenses are subject to insurance policy in force that time of your joining.
Under no circumstances will the company reimburse any medical expenses beyond the settlement made by the insurance company.
You are responsible to follow rules and guidelines of the insurance company for emergency, hospitalization, medical claims and adding dependents in the insurance policy.

RELOCATION
iBusiness Solution, LLC provides 50% of estimated expenses to you as advance for meeting initial expenses incurred in the beginning of the project. This advance will be adjusted upon submitting the receipt and expense report.

¨      Two weeks guest house if the consultant is in Harrisburg. If the guest house can not be made available, you will be reimbursed $250 maximum for week of hotel/motel stay.

¨      The Company will reimburse maximum of $500.00 towards the cost of moving personal belongings upon submitting valid original receipts. Employee will be responsible for arranging the movers, rental trucks and damage insurance.

¨      One week of car rental or cab fare to the maximum of $250.00. Valid receipt must be submitted for reimbursement. You must buy insurance if renting a car. iBusiness Solution, LLC will not be responsible for any accident while you driving you own car or rental car. You must have valid license to drive automobile.

¨      If the relocation requires driving your personal vehicle to the client site, iBusiness Solution, LLC will pay 32 cents per mile as car allowance. An accurate mile log must be submitted. No additional gas mileage will be paid by iBusiness Solution, LLC. The Company does not reimburse cost of transporting you personal vehicle if the relocation is less than 500 miles. You may be required to drive your vehicle in normal circumstances.

VACATION
Full time salaried employees will receive 10 working days of paid leave after completing 180 days of employment with iBusiness Solution, LLC. The vacation will be credited to your account every six months that is on Jan 1st and July 1st of the year. The consultant joining in the middle of year will receive prorated vacation. You are allowed to carry forward only five days of unused vacation to next year. You will be paid for unused vacation time in excess of five days in the February month of pay check. The vacation must be scheduled in advance and must be approved by your client or site manager. Please do not forget to fax your vacation approval to the office before you go on vacation. Any vacation or time off not approved by the client is considered as absent without pay and may lead to termination of your project. 

HOLIDAYS
We have seven paid holidays. New year day, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanks Giving and day after Thanks Giving, Christmas day.

SNOW AND WEATHER EMERGENCY
If the client site is closed due to flood, snow or other natural calamities, you will be required to compensate the lost time by working extras. If you can not compensate, you will be required to take personal day off. Please listen to radio and television for latest news about closing of offices and schools. However, if client site is open, please try to report to work but take extra caution to drive on the road and safeguard you life. You are required to follow the client rules for the absent days in such cases. 

Additional Benefits
Full time salaried employees are eligible to receive extra fringe benefits as described below 

EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT
The company will reimburse tuition fee and books for work related educational courses to maximum amount of $300 per year. You must achieve B or higher grade to claim for tuition reimbursement. You must provide proof of grades and books receipts to claim for tuition reimbursement. Education must be from credited university or training institute. You will be eligible for reimbursement only after 12 months of employment.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
The company awards incentive for any new client referral that resulted in placement of our consultants or a new consultant is hired from your referral. Here is how our referral program works
If you refer us a perspective client and we successfully place our consultants on the project, you will receive $1000 one time for each client after 90 day of business with the client. You would not receive bonus for placing yourself. To receive the incentive, the client must not be on our database.
If you refer a person who resides overseas and he or she is hired, you will receive $200 for each consultant selected after he or she successfully completes 90 days of continuous employment with iBusiness Solution, LLC. To receive the incentive, the referred consultant must not be on our database.
If you refer a person who resides in USA and has H1B visa and he or she is hired, you will receive $500 for each consultant selected after he or she successfully completes 90 days of continuous employment with iBusiness Solution, LLC. To receive the incentive, the referred consultant must not be on our database.
